Today, in class we recorded a news report in two situations. One outside next to a construction site where it was extremely noisy and the other inside where it was more quiet. 

Our finding from this are, to buffer out large background noises you can delete quieten the section. Following this to raise the volume of the speakers you can get them to raise there voices naturally or simply raise the gain of the film once editing.

Production Roles

Patrick Thompson	DIRECTOR	Will direct all key scenes in St Leonards featuring the actors.
Patrick Thompson	SCRIPT WRITER	Responsible for the writing of the scripts  for the film.
Patrick Thompson	CAMERA	Will shoot all shots in the video apart from the 1st Person shots which will be filmed with a camera attached to the actor.
Patrick Thompson	SOUND	Broomstick/ surrounding sound
Patrick Thompson	EDITOR	Make sure the film runs smoothly and edits are nice. All extra sound effects are correctly in place and ascetics of the film are nice.
Patrick Thompson	LOCATIONS	Sorting the locations of the filming and making sure that we have permission and that it is safe to film .
Patrick Thompson	COSTUMES	Making sure the actors are all wearing suitable clothing for the film.
Patrick Thompson	PRODUCTION MANAGER	Responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly in terms of the time spent in production.
