Actor profile
Actors:
Friend 1: Henry Dence
Friend 2: Will Hutchison
Friend 3: Robin Holroyd
Killer: Henry Dence
Robin and Henry are both media students and have done acting for me before in other productions.
Will has also done acting for me before and has helped me out in the filming of previous projects, in addition to him also being relatively athletic so he should be well placed in the chase scene.
Henry is playing two roles because they never feature together in the same scene, I chose Henry because of him being raised up north and is able to do a very good impression of a troubled youth in addition to him being very athletic so he will be able to keep up in the chase scene. Robin and Henry are both media students and have done acting for me before in other productions.
Risk assessment
There first risks will be if the killer was to actually hit an actor on the head whiles trying to act it because of the method in which we are going to achieve this, therefore the actor playing the villein will be very careful and we will film it in slow motion and speed it up in editing to reduce any risk.
There will be many trip hazards during the chase scene in which we will have to pre-lay a route to avoid them, there could also be a penitential for the actor to land badly when jumping out of a window, to avoid this, we will use a crash mat and have people either side of the window spotting the actor to make sure the do land on the mat and not the concrete either side.
